Just came back from Christmas Shopping which was done at 36 City Mall, mainly at Globus though. In this post I had mentioned that I would like to shop for Christmas at the mall.
Mom bought me a Salwar Suit which costed Rs. 2k+. Its a short kurtee, with churidar salwar and frilly chunari. She wanted to buy a couple of suits more but I told her to get them some other time…
Tried a couple of jackets, jerkins there.. but the M and L sizes did’nt fit me and the XL size also was kinda tight… seems they have some different kind of measuring tapes @ their factory.
Bought a couple of sweaters n bootys for Shikha (my lil niece) from there.
Then went to Big Bazaar to buy some winter wear for Shikha.
In all.. me really enjoyed shopping there.. and if you guys ever come to Raipur make sure you visit the mall and shop @ Globus.

I watched the movie last week in Rjn along with Nivita n Kriti.
If you know me you would be knowing how very much I hate SRK. I went to see the movie just for the sake of Deepika Padukone & Arjun Rampal. Had’nt expected much from the film as it was another directorial venture from Farah Khan.
Must say it surpassed the expectations…mind it
but only the first half, when the 70s era was shown [The whole Bhago and Omaswami sequence]. The film grew very predictable in the second half and was kinda boring… though we laughed on at most of the scenes courtesy two aunties who sat behind us. The aunties were saying things in Chhattisgarhi that made the three of us ROFL.
Even the climax had been predicted by me. I had said earlier when Shanti had died that she become a ghost and it surely came true.
The songs were nice though.. liked almost everyone of them..
The film solely belonged to SRK. Deepika had screen presence but hadn’t been given much dialogues. Here expressions were great though. Liked Arjun Rampal a lot!! Started hooting @ his first scene. Though he was the reason we laughed a lot cause the aunties didn’t liked him. Vishal-Shekhar’s music is surely appealing, am their fan eversince I first heard the music of Salaam Namaste.
Would surely rate it as 4/5. I know its a lot. But the rating has been given cause it sure was a complete entertainer and made us laugh in the grieving times of our practicals… the next day we had C final practical
