Plurk can be used to make varied amount of micro-blog postings. As with such sites is accessible via mobile and IM too.. though I haven’t tried its IM integration as yet.

It has a time wall which features your and your friends plurks. The best feature is that you can reply to that particular plurk which can be quite handful at times.

One can share photos and youtube videos as plurks too. Quite addictive

It has a karma feature too. You get karma points when you invite people, plurk, reply to plurks and all. Can redeem them for using new smilies for ur plurks.

Also, every plurk has got a seperate page devoted to it where you can check the subsequent replies to it too.

edit: The IM integration is pretty sleek. Asa your friend plurks, you get the message in your gtalk with a number, you can use that particular number when replying to that plurk.

Also they have a mobile version for their site, which is rather sleek.
