If your answer is yes then make sure you apply to at least one of the 35+ colleges in Chhattisgarh state. Because the idiotic Technical University thinks that kiddos who don’t perform well in the PET exam, end up not getting admitted to their favourite Engineering College/ favourite branches.

So from next year onwards, all Engg. colleges will operate in 2 shifts i.e from 7am-1pm and from 2pm-8pm. So that more and more people can become Engineers. As if churning out 8-15k Engineers per year wasn’t enough. Now, everyone who takes the PCM stream is sure to get into some Engg. college or the other..

The passouts and teachers are delighted from this prospect as it means more employment. As the college will have to double entire of its staff to work in the shifts.

Lets see what happens…

As I write this post, almost all of the packing is done and am waiting for mom’s phone call cos uncle (mama ji) will be coming all the way from Raipur to take me home. That’s the case because I have a lot of stuff to take back home.. clothes, bed sheets, books, notebooks and all…

Can’t wait to head home.. help mom with the ‘pakwan making’ :P, do away with last minute shopping, decorate the tree & crib and the best of all… to celebrate Christmas

Bro n his family will be home in the evening.. can’t wait to play with my best doll who is called Alicia Veronica. This will be the kiddos 2nd Christmas

Though was kinda mad yesterday on the behaviour of the HOD (that freak only granted me leave of 3 days i.e from 24-27th instead of my 6days leave from 20-27th). But who cares if the leave is granted or not.. I’m going home and for the record.. from 20th to 23rd I’ll be suffering from cough, cold and fever (thats for the HOD, and I’ll give him a fake medical certificate too)

Like today.. I came all the way to Rajnandgaon from home to attend college and was told that classes was suspended for the day because of the ‘Patwari Exam’.

Even though I went to see the movie ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’ with Shraddha, I feel the day would had been a totally different story if I was home today… could had helped mom with some work or should had started decorating the tree..

But… am here, cos the Director had said that he would impose 1k/day fine if we don’t attend college

I’d never thought that I’d be the one saying this.. as this is the thing I lack in.. I can be quite impatient at times but Thank God!! I can be patient when I need to.

Like yesterday, I had an exam. Automatic Control Systems to be exact. Now those of you who have studied it would be knowing that its a total numerical based subject (block diagrams/ nyquist plots/ bode plots etc..). Now the irony is that the paper we were given to solve tomorrow had all the theory questions…

Yes they were based on the problem solving techniques too… but instead of deriving/ solving, we had to describe the procedures theoretically..
As most of the people hadn’t read the theory part (our teacher had told to read only the procedures required to solve the numericals) they had a tough time writing the particular exam.

But no paper is complete if it doesn’t have some numericals.. yeah the entire paper had like 2 numericals both from Stability unit, i.e Routh Hurwitz stuff. So some nutter’s pounced on the opportunity of solving it.. as was the case, the question was printed a little wrong.. and even before a correction was sought for it, these peeps hopped on the bandwagon and went on solving it applying their own corrections/ modifications.. The examination in-charge faculty came 45 mins after the exam had started and said that the University officials had called few mins back and there was some correction in a question.. It was quite a lengthy numerical and some people had already wasted 4-5 pages solving it.. so were crying out loud.. (We are given a 40 page answer sheet and are not allowed any extra supplementary sheets)

I am thankful that I was taking my time writing down the theory stuff… had to write stuff worth 7 friggin marks. Anyways.. took my time and then solved the numerical afterwards…

Thank God I didn’t tried it earlier, otherwise I would end up cancelling quite a lot of pages… which go down in a wrong way considering I wrote till the very last page of my answersheet
